CHIRURGIA is a bimonthly open access journal, with a comprehensive peer-reviewed process, that focuses on interventions and surgical procedures. Novel techniques and the utilization of new materials that optimize outcomes constitute major areas of interest.
The journal welcomes original articles, surgical techniques, clinical trials, comprehensive general reports or expert opinions and commentaries relating to all aspects on surgical topics.
Clinical case presentations will be published according to the available space, only one per number. Thus the waiting time can be very long. The journal does not encourage the submission of clinical cases.
